ABOUT
Meet Dr. Robert Carpenter Jr., D.M.D.
Following his graduation from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, in 2012 with a Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Science, Robert moved to the Phoenix area to pursue graduate education at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. A one-year Master of Arts degree in Biomedical Science turned into a five-year stay, culminating in his graduation from Midwestern University as a Doctor of Dental Medicine. During his graduation, Robert earned several awards, including the Horace Wells Senior Student Award from the American Society of Dental Anesthesiology in 2017.
From 2018 to 2021, Robert completed a dental anesthesiology residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, NY, during the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, Robert and his then-fiancée, Jacqueline, returned to Phoenix, where he began practicing Dental Anesthesia.
Robert is now married to Jacqueline Carpenter, resides in Northern Phoenix, and has two dogs named Winnie and Yeti. He enjoys golfing, skiing, and traveling the world with his wife.
The Team Approach
Scottsdale Dental Anesthesia will always come with a certified Dental Anesthesia Assistant. We require our assistants to have emergency training including BLS, ACLS, and PALS. By utilizing the team approach, SDA will not ask anything of your dental staff, and your patients will have the highest level of safety and care.
